How a service call works

Call or text and we quote on the spot for most jobs. The tech arrives in the booked window, inspects to confirm what is broken (spring, opener, panel, track), and walks you through the plan and the price before any work. We replace springs in balanced pairs, balance the door, set opener limits and force, and run a safety-reverse test before we leave. Most broken-spring jobs finish in 45 to 75 minutes on site.

Will I need a follow-up visit?

Most jobs do not. If a follow-up is needed for an unusual situation (a custom panel that has to be ordered, an opener gear that arrives separately), we tell you up front and schedule the second visit before we leave.

Is there a warranty on the work?

Yes. Torsion springs carry a written warranty (1-year on standard cycle, longer on the 25,000-cycle premium springs). Opener installations carry the manufacturer warranty plus our labor warranty for 1 year. New door installs carry the manufacturer warranty plus our installation warranty.

Do you offer commercial accounts?

Yes - smaller commercial sectional and rollup doors for storefronts and light industrial with documented service logs. Net billing is available for multi-location accounts.

What forms of payment do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless tap, check, and cash. Commercial accounts can run on net billing.

What if I need to reschedule?

No charge to reschedule before the crew is dispatched, just give us a heads up. We will work with your window, including evening and Saturday slots, within our Monday to Saturday hours.
