Dallas Garage Door Co is a local, IDA-trained garage door repair crew working across the Dallas metro. We post real prices, we send the same crew that quoted the job, and the person who answers the phone can tell you what a spring or opener will cost before any truck rolls. No teaser pricing, no out-of-state call center, no contract you cannot leave.
Broken torsion and extension spring replacement, opener replacement (LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain, jackshaft), new door installation, off-track service, single-panel replacement, weather seal restoration, and annual tune-ups. We service commercial sectional and small rollup doors on the same call.
Texas does not require a state-issued license for residential garage door repair, which makes choosing a verifiable, insured provider more important here than in a licensed trade. We are insured and IDA-trained, and we share documentation on request. HOAs and property managers that require a certificate of insurance before service can ask and we will send it.
We do not lead with a $19 service call and a $79 spring teaser. We do not pressure homeowners into a full new door when a spring and a tune-up will get another decade out of the existing one. And we do not pretend to handle commercial high-speed doors or dock equipment we are not the right fit for - we will say so and point you to a commercial specialist.
Primary service area: Dallas, Plano, Irving, Garland, Richardson, and Frisco - the full Dallas metro, about 30 miles from central Dallas. For addresses outside that radius we may quote a trip fee or refer you to a closer provider.

We carry general liability and workers comp above industry minimums and we share a certificate of insurance on request before any work. Our technicians are IDA-trained in torsion spring service, opener wiring, and panel replacement.. We will email a current Certificate of Insurance on request before we head out. Ask the dispatcher.
